We are very excited about joining the Boca Bridges family here at Cut 5. Kelli
and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for over 25 years. Our greatest accomplishment are our three amazing children David, Dylan and Faith. After getting married, I served our Great Country as a United States Marine. Kelli also served as a Marine Corps wife which some say is the
toughest job in the Corps. After leaving the military, Kelli and I returned
home to South Florida. We worked in many different jobs but realized our true passion was food and serving others. That is when we decided to dive into the culinary industry. We are the proud owners of Chez Gourmet Catering and
pride ourselves as one of Florida’s premier catering companies. Chez has been in business for over 20 years creating amazing dishes for others to enjoy. Last
year, we happily opened another GL Homes community restaurant and have
truly enjoyed the experience. We are excited to have Executive Chef Robert Grupp to the Boca Bridges team. Chef Robert brings years of experience and is
very passionate of all his innovative dishes. We are a scratch kitchen and
proudly prepare most items fresh daily. Because we are a scratch kitchen, we
can accommodate most dietary needs. Family is the most important thing to
Kelli and I and we look forward to serving you and your Family.
